Delete your TennisCut account
You can delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete from the app
- Open TennisCut and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap the gear icon to open Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
To protect your account, you may be asked to sign in again (with your password, Google or Apple) before the deletion goes through.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, send an email to info@tenniscut.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my TennisCut account”.
We verify that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation reply.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in (email/password, Google or Apple) and your account ID.
- Your player profile: name, username, email address, profile photo, gender, year of birth, rating and playing hand.
- Match sessions and ball-trajectory data stored in the cloud for your account.
- Your username is released and can be taken by someone else.
What is not affected
- Videos on your phone. Recordings and imports never leave your device. They stay in your Photos or gallery until you delete them yourself.
- Subscriptions. TennisCut Pro is billed by the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel it; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Anonymous diagnostics. Aggregated crash and usage statistics that cannot identify you are kept for service reliability.
